The Spanish Messenger focuses on the quality of every translation project received by using both human translators and Translation Software. We provide the grammar that can only be adquired by translators using their native language plus the personalized touch of phrase translations based on the Industry instead of translating word by word. At the same time, we utilize the assistance of Translating Software to provide consistency throughout the project.

When working with a new client, we always provide a quote prior to initiating a project. Once this quote is accepted by the client, we then proceed to the following steps to inform our clients of what to expect from the project:

  1. We receive the original document or file from the client via fax, email, or snail mail.
  2. Our Project Manager contacts the client to confirm the receiving of the original document or file and client is given the name and number of the contact person working in the project. Project Manager also obtains more information from the client in regards to the project such as Industry type, deadline, preferred method of delivery, preferred method of payment, and/or any special requirements.
  3. Original document or file is analyzed and a glossary is created for the project.
  4. After a task chart is created, the original document or file is translated by one of our translators.
  5. Draft translation is reviewed for Industry adaptation and is revised for spelling, punctuation, and proper grammar.
  6. Translating Software is used on draft translation to maintain consistency through the project.
  7. Project Manager is in charge of proof-reading every project before document or file is formatted and prepared for delivery.
  8. Final translated document or file is formatted to match as much as possible the original document or file.
  9. Original document or file along with final translated document or file are delivered to the client by or before deadline.
