He lived in Venezuela for 21 years and has several years of experience with the Automotive and Medical Industries. Upon arrival to the states he mastered the English language and has dedicated the last 14 years of his career to providing Customer Service Excellence in various Industries. He translates web content and marketing materials for businesses, as well as personal documents such as resumes, birth certificates, immigration letters, etc.

Jennifer Hong is an accomplished 4th grade teacher graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master's in Early Childhood from Oakland University. Her proofreading skills have demonstrated to be the quality seal for Spanish to English translations projects. She has an extensive experience in personal documents and corporate documents such as training manuals and employee manuals.
